Order Processing
- Processing time: Orders placed Monday–Friday by 12:00 PM Central Time (CT) typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
- Peak periods: During product launches, sales, or holidays, processing may take 1–2 additional business days.
- Address verification: We may contact you if an address is incomplete or flagged by the carrier’s system. Orders are held until corrected.
Shipping Options & Estimated Transit Times (U.S.)
We ship from Harrisburg, SD using trusted carriers. Transit times begin after your order leaves our facility.
- Economy (Postal): 3–8 business days
- Standard/Ground (UPS/USPS): 2–5 business days
- Expedited (2‑Day): 2 business days
- Express (Next‑Day): 1 business day
Estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier capacity, and unforeseen events may cause delays.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
- Real‑time rates are shown at checkout based on weight, destination, and service.
- Free U.S. shipping: Orders $[threshold] and over ship free via [method] (before tax/discounts). Exclusions: oversized items, wholesale orders, and non‑contiguous U.S. (AK/HI/PR/APO/FPO) unless otherwise stated.
P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO & U.S. Territories
- P.O. Boxes: Select a Postal service (USPS). UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- APO/FPO/DPO: We ship via USPS; delivery times vary by destination and military processing.
- AK/HI/PR: Additional transit time and surcharges may apply.
International Shipping (Optional)
- We ship to select countries via [FedEx/DHL/UPS/Postal]. Transit times vary by country and service.
- Duties/Taxes: Unless labeled DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT/GST, and customs fees. Refused packages due to unpaid duties are treated as returns per our Return Policy (shipping and fees may be non‑refundable).
- Restrictions: Some products or ingredients may be restricted in your country. Please check local regulations before ordering.
Order Tracking
- When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
Changes & Cancellations
- To request an address change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at [your email]. We’ll make best efforts, but once an order is packed or shipped, changes/cancellations are no longer possible.
Delivery Issues
- Marked Delivered, Not Received: First, check with household members and neighbors and look for a delivery notice. If still missing after 48 hours, contact us.
- Lost in Transit: If the carrier shows no movement for 7+ business days (U.S.) or 14+ business days (international), we can file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
- Damaged Items: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and product so we can assist.
Heat‑Sensitive & Weather Considerations (Supplements)
- Some items may be sensitive to heat or freezing temperatures. During extreme weather, we may add insulation/cool packs or hold shipments to prevent damage. Cool packs protect for a limited time and may arrive warm; this is normal and product integrity is typically maintained.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship to the corrected address; additional postage may apply. Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.
Split Shipments & Out‑of‑Stock Items
- To speed up delivery, we may ship items separately at no extra cost. If an item is out of stock after you order, we’ll contact you with options (waitlist, substitution, partial refund, or full cancellation).
Signature Requirement (Optional)
- For high‑value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery. If you prefer signature service, contact us before or immediately after placing your order.
Freight Forwarders
- Orders shipped to a freight forwarder or third‑party consolidator are considered delivered once they reach that address. We are not responsible for damage, loss, or missing items that occur after delivery to the forwarder.
Holidays & Warehouse Closures
Our warehouse is closed on major U.S. holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day (and observed weekdays). Orders placed during closures ship on the next business day(s).
